The importance of reconnecting to the Earth is repeated to me again and again. Last night again I was awake in the early hours, being reminded how important it is for us all to connect. I was asked to share a message I received at the beginning of last year, when a Native American elder called Snow Leopard would come and sit at my feet:
"Beautiful soul, let go of fear. It is time to lie back and allow the process to unfold and to be who you truely are. Let go, let go. Be in the ever present now, as you unleash the unfurling of the aeons. The loud yawn, the beautiful cadence of the new spring. It is time to be and let go.
Connect to our dear Earth, this is the birthright of every soul. Indeed it is important for all souls to connect with our dear Earth Mother, to ground yourselves,
But there is more to grounding than simply putting your feet on the Earth and bringing yourselves back down to Earth.
There is a spiritual connection, as you go into the Earth, you will rediscover the treasure not only of the Earth, but of your true selves.
I [Snow Leopard] sit at your sacred feet — your sacred channels for the energies of the Earth that walk with you to the higher realms.
Allow your feet to go free, allow your feet to receive the energies and the messages of the Earth, they are your natural earth receiving pads.
And through your feet you communicate your love to the Earth. Reconnect, reconnect."
So let's make a practice of finding time to go out and connect everyday, whatever the weather. Can you join me in this? I will do a live this week to encourage us all to make this a practice. And please share your experiences to encourage and remind us all of the treasures to be unearthed in this practice.
Thanks to Elisabeth Wales on Upslash for the photo.

The purpose of this divine blog is to share messages from the Earth, nature and beings of the invisible realms. To inspire and lift us all up so that we can reconnect to the Earth and our own truth as spiritual beings. So that we can move into a brighter future for ourselves and the beautiful planet that is our home.
