winds of truth

Last night I was awake in the night. The earth was calling. Reminding me to call you all home, to connect. And the wind was howling around the house, vying for my attention too. This morning when I sat on the grass in my meditation, the breeze soothingly caressed me, and in my meditation I saw autumn leaves swirling in the wind, and air come forward to speak:

"The wind is blowing and the leaves are swirling all around. I am air and I am nothing, but when I move I become something, I am wind. You look and you see nothing, but you can see my effects with the swirling of the leaves. You hear me rustling the leaves, and you feel my gentle kiss on your skin when I am breeze. 

None of you are nothing, for when you engage in your purpose, you become a tangible force like me. I unite with fire and water to bring you storms with thunder, lightning and rain. Together we are a force to be reckoned with.

I am the breath of the Creator and I am here to breathe life into you and every living thing.

Your breath too is the breath of the Creator and so know its power and true nature. Your breath, as am I, is integrally connected to the universal life force, not just symbolically. It is what we are.

Your breath is precious, as is the air you breathe, and the unseen force that exists around you. 

When the storm is blowing, know I am the breath of the Creator. The winds of change, the storm is to cleanse and enliven; it is to bring peace and clarity. It is to reveal the truth of everything.

The storm comes to return us to our true nature and I am the gentle breath that is the messenger. 

Breathe deeply and reverently, for I am here to cleanse and purify in preparation. Use me to not only live, but also to cleanse and purify. 

I am fundamental to all life and fundamental to everything that is, as that which is, is fundamental to me. Breathe, cleanse, purify and create movement with your breath. 

I am air and I am here to lift you up so you can lift others to see their true nature. Be the gentle wind that guides the fallen leaves to their pathway, so softly soothing, caressing and nurturing."

When I opened my eyes, the sun was shining, birds were singing and the whole world was dancing with the invisible life-force of air. And I was connected to the earth and I was connected to everything, filled with blissful warmth.
