Stand in your authenticity

A beautiful reminder from nature came to me yesterday with the vision of a beautiful white lily in a murky pond. We are reminded to stand clearly in our authenticity for all to see. Thank you beautiful lily.

Lily flower so pure and white
Shining your eternal light
Reaching out beyond the mire
Clearly defined, how you inspire

Quietly humble, yet with no doubt
Petals divinely reaching out
From the jewel at your core
Beautiful flower, I thee adore

Simply being for all to see
Standing in authenticity
No pretension, nothing more
Than being a you we can’t ignore.
