When I started really consciously connecting to the earth, an eagle came to me in meditation and then Native American’s gathered and danced to the beat of the Earth, so grateful that such a strong connection was being transmitted from a distant land. One of the Native American’s stepped forward and spoke to me with a humbling message that moved me deeply. He told me:
“I am Red Eagle. Today I was called because the eagle soared and the totem danced in rhythm to the beat of the Earth. We are so grateful that the beat of the Earth is being heard by those who have been deaf to her calls for so long. Our hearts have cried and bled with sadness at the wedge that has been driven between our dear Mother and those who make their homes on her surface. She has so much beauty and healing and loving to offer to those who are open to hear her. We are humbled to unite with you to spread the web of awakening to the hearts of those who are starting to hear, see and feel that they have been cut off from something that is of insurmountable importance. The Earth has always been very dear to our people. We revere her and bow down in humility before her greatness. We ask her permission before we do anything. Not because this is a ritual, not because we are fixated on some rules, but because she is our Mother, she has given us life. She nurtures and sustains us. We would not be here, if were not for her. We own nothing, everything is hers and we are guardians and custodians of everything that she shares with us. Everything in our beautiful world is balanced in perfect harmony, and we all have our unique roles to play. What have you got that has not been bestowed on you by our great Mother? Who are you but ants on the surface of this beautiful planet, here fleetingly? Our divine Father has bestowed on us the gift of creation. But to truely understand this gift, is to realise that this gift has been bestowed to co-create with the Father and the Mother with the utmost humility for their greatness. Instead we see heads swelling with pride at being better than everything, every body and even better than the Mother and Divine father too. If you are so great, why are you destroying everything and your selves. What is so great about that? We too have been led into destructive ways. Many of our people now are centred in the material world that is cut off from their Divine Source and Earth Mother. But we have hope that realisation is stirring in their hearts and your hearts; understanding of the true nature of the universe and our place in it. Our dancing represents the movement and shifting of how things are into a new dimension, and new time and vibration. Seeds are being sewn from which we see great things arising. The Earth’s beating is being heard again, because our Mother is rejoicing that she is being touched and felt when she has been ignored for so long. The movement has started and however it manifests, it is taking shape in a movement forward to a new world of interconnected hearts. Not just human hearts, but the hearts of everything, all creatures, all living things — and all things are living — in this world and beyond. The ancestors are rejoicing and dancing too. They accept what has happened in the past; the bloodshed is a distant memory that has blossomed into a new understanding. We have hope and we are uniting with you, and beat our drums and dance the song of the Earth, to ground your endeavours to the very core of our beautiful planet whilst reaching out to the sacred stars.” © Snowdrop Thanks to Andrew James @ pixabay.com for the photo. I hope that this photo is appropriate and does not offend any native cultures in anyway. Red Eagle gave his approval for me to use this photo as a visual representation to accompany this message, even though this man does not look like Red Eagle.
