Ebbing and flowing part 1

I'd promised myself I would post everyday for 21 days, but yesterday I dipped into the silence instead. And I remembered a powerful teaching from beautiful Mother Earth about Ebbing and Flowing, which I will share with your over the next couple of days. Here is Part 1:

"Come into alignment with the flow of nature, the natural flow of the universe.

It is the flow of creation, and it has a natural rhythm. And as you can see from my beautiful world around me, there is much to be created with this beautiful flow.

It is a process of action. It is a process of letting go. It is a process of going with something and standing back.

You move with the inspiration and when the inspiration falls away, then you retreat and wait. When the inspiration comes again you take action and then you move forward. It is like you are breathing a constant flow of giving and receiving.

In your terms it is about waiting. In the laws of the universe, it is not so much about waiting as being part of the natural processes of ebbing and flowing.

Waiting suggests not flowing, stopping, wondering... Why? Where is it?

Rather it is waiting with a knowing that you are not waiting, you are part of the natural order of the ebbing and flowing of the inspiration and the waiting and the retreating. There is so much to be gained from the retreating and the letting go.

Put forward the intention, wait for the alignment and the inspired action, then you act, then when the acting starts to fall away, you then retreat into the waiting, into the flow of waiting, until the inspired action comes forward again. Like the eternal ocean."
