Deep and dark
Hidden within
Things we fear
Things we call sin

Things of which
We are ashamed
Always looking
For others to blame

Prejudices lurk
Irritations fester
We take up arms
Become a protestor

But sink within
Deeper and deeper
Review your shadows
With the eternal peacekeeper

Then shine the light
Become aware
And allow to release
With love and prayer

That which for you
No longer serves
But only divides
And polarity preserves

Rather love yourselves
You all have your place
Love each other
With compassion and grace
