Snowdrop often answers a question with a question. You will become familiar with this. And she will often share an answer before the question is even asked. Today the familiar restlessness descended and my meditation brought words that when I reviewed them are so relevant to the turmoil of prejudice in the world today. She reminded me of the relevance of messages I’ve received in the past from ants and mosquitos, which I will share over the next couple of days, promise. But today, she had a specific message for us, reminding us again that "the outside world is always a reflection of that which is within": “It is judgement and hatred that is begetting the turmoil that you are witnessing. So go within and look honestly in the internal mirror and discover all that you judge, all that you fear, all that you create stories around, for these demons are hiding closer to home than you think. For it is out of every single human being that comes war, hatred… catastrophe. Where do you have prejudice? Where do you make judgements? Where do you have fear? Where do you have things you do not like? Where do you allow that which does not resonate with you to turn to hatred? Where do you allow that which you fear to turn to hatred? Where do you allow those you disagree with to become your enemy? Be watchful within, know thyself. It is when we are all prepared to sit and look within, honestly and with integrity that we can see what the internal mirror is reflecting out. There is much turmoil in the world today, but use this turmoil to fuel love not hatred. Remember, ‘Forgive them for they know not what they do’. Offer love and compassion. Deep in the darkness fear and prejudice reside. Shine the light and transmute them. It is when you shine the light on that which is hidden in the darkness that it comes to your awareness. Then you can understand and let go, forgiving yourself for you have only ever been doing that which you have believed to be right, even if you have been misguided. It is from the stillness that you can observe with detachment and compassion. As you have this compassion for yourself, have compassion for others. For we are all one. This is a message received by Snowdrop earlier in the year when the corona virus concerns were starting to emerge. It started when some beautiful pink flowers called to me on my morning walk, beautiful trumpets of compassion (captured in my photo below). This is what they said: "Look into your heart and see the beauty, the illustrious cavern of unconditional love and understanding, reaching out, ever outward, back and round back into your heart in a constant movement of compassion. Feel this cycle of compassion grow and shine as you let go and feel into it. Feel compassion for yourself; feel compassion for others and feel compassion for all things; feel compassion for the corona virus. Fear and hatred, dread, create blocks. You know from the fundamental laws of the universe that what you focus on, you attract. And negative focus magnifies, because of the emotional charge. Befriend the virus, harness it as your ally. It is a creature on this planet, as are you, and everything has a purpose. As you lose sight of your purpose, you can’t even begin to fathom that of other things." Virus, what is your purpose? "I am here to connect the world in love and harmony. I am here to show you the disconnect with your heart and purpose. I am here to shed light on the suppressed grief and authenticity that is the true plague of your world. Love me. Show me compassion, for I am here ultimately to heal. Notice my focus, the lungs. What am I showing you? Breathe deeply and let go. Let go of all the containment, the dissociation from your heart, your truth, your authenticity. Open your heart, and breathe deeply in the truth of your being and breathe out the light of your truth and authenticity to the world. Embrace and love me, for in so doing, you embrace and love the shadows of your own truth, and therein lies your healing. Nothing is ever wrong or out of place. Heal yourself with compassion and understanding, digging beneath the surface, and heal me with compassion and understanding. Today I awoke early, restless, with the image of camellia in my head. There is always a reflection. Always seek the analogy, there is always a symbiotic relationship. As above, so below. As without, so within. Always seek within. In what ways do you withhold your own freedom? You are concerned about freedom, but to what extent do you withhold your own freedom? All the time you look outside and observe the outer manifestation as real, you are missing the golden key to your reality: the rules and regulations you make for yourself. Do you truly sing the truth of your heart? Are you a pure expression of your own truth? There is always freedom when you set your own heart free. You are concerned about outside forces restricting your perceived freedom. But in what ways do you allow yourself to be truly free? What rules and regulations do you make for yourself? Can you allow yourself to be free? Become aware of and dissolve the rules and regulations that you have become accustomed to living within and set yourself free through living according to your own true heart-felt ways of being." © Snowdrop  |
