One of my personal focusses over the past few months has been embodiment. It has only relatively recently fully dawned on me that I have been living in my head and out of touch with all the beautiful communications that come through and from my body for most of my life. A learned behaviour as self-protection because I was so sensitive. 

One on the things I have been doing is dance with a beautiful circle of women across the ocean in the US via Zoom. Last week we danced to connect with fire and it really ignited something in my soul. By the end of the dance, I had to sit to translate the message I was receiving from the Native Americans who had been dancing with me around the fire. I sat down on the dusty earth whilst they embraced me: 

"Welcome home dear, beautiful soul. 

Our hearts dance with joy at your homecoming. The Earth’s heart beats to the rhythm of our joy, expressing deep gratitude for our reunion. 

Sit upon the sacred Earth and feel her loving support. For your flame is born of the ashes of her mantle. 

Feel the warmth of the sun as the eagle soars and sees all there is to see. Holding out his great wings so effortlessly above, bringing all you need to know into sharp focus. Vast, expansive, gliding so effortlessly. Carried by the winds of time. 

On the distant horizon, he sees your soul dawning into a new beginning. A flame reignited — alive, flickering, blazing, smouldering: complete."

I was left with a feeling of completeness and asked: "Who is the flame?"

The answer stirred within me:

She who smoulders
With the love of the divine
Warm embers
Remembering how to be alive

Divinity ignited
Dancing in full flame
Burning through the night
Casting light until the dawn

Flickering soul
Heart alight with joy
Coming home to the truth
With which she was born

She who smoulders
With the love of the divine
Warm embers
Remembering who she is.

What is your flame telling you? What does Eagle see dawning on your horizon?

I have been nudged to write again and being home alone with the power off as the storm starts to rage has given me a prompt. This morning following a beautiful meditation I received the following message from the Christed Light, and it seems timely to share it.

“Allow me into your hearts… and feel the peace. 

I was known for being the peace amidst the storm and today I bring you peace in your hearts. There is nothing more peaceful than being in your heart space and being the peace, filling your hearts with love and Light. Holding strong, not in any form of rigid way, but softly. Holding strong softly. Yielding… and being the peace. Feeling and knowing the peace that is eternally yours amidst anything that manifests in your circumference. 

I was known for my suffering, but in all honesty, I did not suffer, for peace and Light were always in my heart. I was always filled with forgiveness. I am forgiveness. For I know the truth that underlies all the reverberations of chaos that can manifest in the physical realm and I know that underneath all is the truth of peace.

Allow me into your hearts and feel the peace and love fill you from the inside out. It is not because I am giving it to you. It is because I am modelling it for you. It is already there.

This is my second coming, for it is again a time of much upheaval. But my coming is not in any personified state, it is through each and every individual who connects with the Light that I modelled in my lifetime. 

Feel the peace and spaciousness of being centred in the truth of your own being. Feel the strength of this, in a soft and gentle way. Not rigid, but yielding, softening, expanding, flexible, forgiving. Feel the Light rippling through the cells of your body and allow it to expand out into the spaciousness of the Light that you are. 

Turn your attention inward to the garden of your own soul. Are you nurturing it? Are you nourishing it? Are you digging? Planting, watering, feeding? Are you allowing it to flourish?

When I am planting my own garden I am not worrying about what is happening in my neighbour’s garden. It has no effect on me at all. I am simply focussed on my own growing, my own nourishing, my own watering. And I feel much contentment and satisfaction.

When I am cooking a meal, I am not worried about my neighbour’s meal, how it is taking place and why? I am simply focussed on my own meal and the nourishment I am creating. I receive a sense of satisfaction and contentment on creating this for my own spaciousness.

When I am building my own house, I am not worried about my neighbour’s house and whether it is built or not built. Whether it has a roof or no roof, I am simply focussing on building my own home and I feel strength in that and I expand.

Allow yourselves to be the channel of Light. Nurturing, nourishing your own souls. This is not to say that you do not care about others, because you care very deeply and this is important. But the way you care the most is by attending to your own soul, nourishing it, nurturing it. Allowing the Light to flow through it. Allowing it to express itself fully. Allowing it to be sovereign in its own domain. Having compassion for all other souls around you and allowing them the space to be the same, to be sovereign in their own domains. Loving and appreciating the differences.

Loving and appreciating the differences and the connections and the lack of connections. Any abrasiveness or non abrasiveness. Just sensing and feeling and noticing, observing and allowing. Knowing you are sovereign in your own domain. That you have a cushion between yourself and any repercussions in the environment around you of either your own creations or those of others.

When I am on the cross, I am not suffering. You are suffering. I am whole in my heart and filled with love and Light. I am simply accepting.

You are not born to suffer, as I was not born to suffer. You only suffer when you allow your attention to go to and absorb in that which you believe will cause you to suffer.

The storm can be raging around you and yet you can feel such peace, such warmth, such love. This is your home and it is to be nourished and nurtured. Imagine yourselves as golden Light, warmth in your hearts, peace in your hearts, impervious to all that is manifesting around you. Simply radiating from the inside out true love, compassion, peace, harmony. Knowing that this is your home and all else is an intrusion that you are allowing in.

There is nothing more peaceful than being the peace amidst the storm.”

Ok, it’s been some time, but I’m not going to even go into why I have not been posting anything. Let’s just say the messages I have been receiving have been more about being than doing. 

Every day is a new beginning; in fact every precious moment is a new beginning. 

Currently we are syncing into the energy of the New Moon in Leo. This brings a sense of starting afresh with the energy of stepping forward into the spotlight, expressing what is aligned deep within our hearts, to shine with all our uniqueness and creativity.

There is also a build up of celestial energies flowing into our planet and consciousness right now in the run up to the powerful manifestation portal known as the Lion’s Gate that opens on 8 August. These energies started to amp up on 25 July when Sirius rose at dawn with the sun.  Known as the dog star, Sirius interestingly has many mythological associations with our origins. The star moves into alignment with the sun (in Leo), Orion’s Belt and the Earth on 8 August.

Meanwhile, here in New Zealand right now there are the very first stirrings of Spring, in spite of the cold wind and incessant rain. Snowdrops are starting to appear (yay!), along with daffodils and other beautiful blossomings. 

Surely the message is that it is time to be seen again.

We need to get ourselves into the right energy and head space both for being seen and manifesting, so I’ll share one to the messages I have received since I last wrote.

One day I was connecting to the Christed light within, whilst doing some soul searching and seeking some direction. These are the words I heard:

“Speak thine truth 
and thou shalt be heard. 
Connect with me 
and know and feel the warmth 
of the inner alignment. 
Be and know this alignment 
and thou shalt know the truth. 

You are coming full circle. 
You are understanding 
why you are here, 
where you have been 
and why you are here now. 
Get yourself in order 
and put the truth first.

Align yourself on waking. 
Align with the Christed light within. 
Know thyself and operate only 
from the truth of thy self. 
To thine own self be true. 
Speak thine truth 
and thou shalt truly be heard. 

Follow the rules of the game 
and see how you 
increasingly stay in alignment. 
Now is your chance to practice, 
this is of utmost importance. 
It is not theory, 
it is praxis.

Enjoy the peace. 
Enjoy the silence. 
Bask in the bliss. 
There does not always 
have to be a message.
Purely be with me and align. 
Thank you.”

Over the past few days I've been dazzled by a brilliant Light being who has been encouraging me that "the time is now", urging me to listen, urging me to embody the Light.  It only dawned on me once I had connected to this being, that it is the sacred time of Easter. And whilst I channeled this information for a specific audience, I have realised that the profound message is destined for a wider circle of ears and eyes.

As I communed with this being, I was bathed in the most unbelievable Light, and I saw the image, in my inner eye, of a man with the humbled, yet powerful demeanour of Christ. Angels gathered and were singing. Wow, I was so humbled and blessed to receive two beautiful messages.

​I have been rushing to transcribe them so that I could share them with you during the Easter holiday break. Happy Easter and enjoy!

The first message was received on 9 April 2022

"The time is now. 

The time is now, when they said I would come again. But it is not as everyone has been expecting. 

The time is now for me to rise up in the heart of each and every one of you. 

This is the Second Coming. 

This is the Second Coming, because this is the Light and the force that can actually cause the shifts and changes that have been crying out across all time and space. The final countdown, the final showdown.

Thousands, hundreds of thousands…call out to me through their hearts. But there are those who are still too distanced from me because they have been misunderstanding. I can understand why they have been misunderstanding because of the distortions that have taken place ever time. Not only because of those who have always been present, the ones who have evil in their hearts, but because of the structures that have been created around me. 

This has distanced people in their hearts. Thus they have not understood that there is a Christed Light that can enter them; that can enter into the individual cells of every single body that is incarnated; that is a direct connection to the greatest Creator of All. Each and every one of you has access to this. But of course this has all been distorted over time.

But I have hope in my heart. I have hope in my heart.

There is a feeling that is stirring and there is a possibility of the Light etching itself in more and more. As the lightness and the darkness contrast more abruptly then there is the opportunity for those who have knowing in their cells to embrace me and welcome me with the truth of who I am as the harbinger of what it is I am here to bring forth and have always been here to bring forth.

It all starts with what is very, very simple. It starts with the simple stories that I was born to tell. Stories that have been told over many lifetimes in their different guises. Simplicity is the key. And making sure that that which is taught is close to the hearts of those who are here to hear.

Codes have been downloaded and there are keys that have been distributed which, as the vibration rises, will be activated. So even though all may seem like all is lost at times and that you are facing an overwhelming task, trust. 

Trust that I am here to help amplify the vibration so that the keys and codes are activated. Trust that there will be many surprising twists and turns that will create stories that will be told in the days, month, years and centuries to come to make sure that everybody remembers what is taking place right here and now.

This is the Second Coming and this is the time. The time is now, for the day of reckoning, the day of balancing the scales.

There will be many, many, many different levels and layers of what is taking place now. Each will play its part. It is not important for you to be caught up in any particular aspect or angle, but to be aware that this is the time and the time is now. And that each and every aspect will be contributing to the outcome and the outcome will be a positive one. But there will be times of struggle between now and then.

Those who open their hearts to the Light will be attuned to cope with the various energies that are coming forth and the expansion of the energies. You will feel in your hearts, you will feel in your bodies that you have a capacity to expand out in a way that you have not known before.

The most important thing is that you connect with the Light.

Bring the Light down through every cell, opening up your heart space, feeling the expansion and allowing this to simply transmit.

The true art is to be in the presence of God and the Light, to let go and to simply be a conduit to transmit. It is not about trying to do anything. It is not about imposing your will upon the events that are taking place around you or upon the beings around you. It is simply to be a conduit to allow the Light to flow through you.

The Holy Path can at times seem a hard one, when you are living in the body of that incarnation at the time. The most important thing is that you open yourself up to the Light and to the truth and then your load is lightened. This is a personal experience and you will only know it as you experience it. 

As you read these words, allow yourself to soak up the Light and re-adjust. Have compassion with yourself as you adjust, knowing that it might be that you feel tired at times.

Be gentle upon yourself and your expectations.

You are surrounded by the Angels, they are close to me and they are also close to you.

It is a beautiful art, to live in this world but with an air of detachment. With one foot upon the Earth and the other leaping forward towards heaven. I feel so much peace, my heart is filled with love and I know that all is well. 

There is always an eye of peace in the midst of a storm.

The Angels are singing, they are rejoicing. It is important to take moments to rejoice and celebrate.

Come to know me on many levels and new levels. I know that you are reaching a time on your Earth when you celebrate both my death and my rebirth. So come to know me in all my guises on many different levels, in my truth. Do this by opening yourself and your hearts to my Light.

My energy is one of optimism and enthusiasm, of rebirth and new beginnings. Now is the time to be focussing on new beginnings and not the demise of the old structures.

Remember the power. Those who gather in my name have much power and I understand how this has been lost over time because of the structures that have been built up around who I am or who I was. But the energy of the Christed Light is the holiest of holies and has much power beyond your wildest imagination.

Remember that I am very simply a metaphor as the son of God, as each and every one of you is a child of God with your own connection."

The second message was received yesterday, on Easter Sunday 17 April 2022:

"It is the day of resurrection.

One of the benefits of resurrection, when you traverse the veil and step into the Light, shedding the physical body, is there are no constraints. 

This is the time of soaking up the Light. Of being the Light. This is something that we have been encouraging of you — embodying the Light and simply being conduits to accept and transmit the Light without hesitation, without limitation.

And this is something you can do now, whereas when I resurrected I left the physical body in truth, in honesty, to live solely in my Light body. In the Second Coming, however, it is important for you to embody the Light in your physical bodies.

It is about breathing into it, and simply allowing it in. As you bring the Light from above your head — which is in effect all around you, but you sense it above your head — bring it down through every cell of your body into your heart. Allow your heart to expand out, in a beautiful overflow of love and compassion. Bring this down through every cell of your body and anchor it below your feet, into the Earth, into your energetic connection to the Earth. Breathe it in again and allowing that expansiveness to really flow out through the cells your body whilst remaining anchored deep into the Earth. You will feel yourself standing with your chest expanded as if you wished to put your arms out.

I am often depicted on the cross, but the true symbology is the expansion of my chest out, with my arms out, in spite of the pain and suffering, with the love and Light beaming out. 

Of course, why I left to embody my full Light body rather than remaining to embody the Light in the physical plane was because you needed to learn for your selves. You needed to stop looking outside of yourselves for another like myself to save you. So it was my sacrifice to leave so that you could find the Light within yourselves and to learn to stop looking for the saviour outside of yourselves. So it is an irony in a way, because I am the Saviour and I saved by leaving.  I saved so that you could save yourselves. 

I was a role model during my time upon the Earth because I did embody the Light and all those who came in contact with me felt this,. They knew this and this is something I am imparting to you today. That you may embody the Light and that you do not necessarily need to do anything. Simply be present in the Light, fully anchored into the Earth as you go about your daily activities. Miracles will unfold, miracles will unfold. 

These miracles unfold because you do not have expectations. It is beyond your Earthly needs and wants. It is the pure-hearted, open-hearted love that you are a conduit for. Spreading out to the world and to your fellow humans. It is an act of humility. It is act of greatness. It is an act of Light. It is an act of being, being fully present. 

So rise this day. Rise up fully embodied of the Light in your bodies as you step forth to traverse around your daily duties in the world, knowing that there is Light on the horizon for all.

This is the true Resurrection and the Saviour of all mankind.

Simply sit now fully embodying the Light of the Creator — your own true Source connection, your own true connection to All That Is. For you are sons, daughters, children of the greatest God of All, the Creator of All That Is. I am your brother and your sister. I am here to embrace you all with the familial love of brotherhood and sisterhood.

Thank you so much for connecting with me at this poignant time."

It's been a while. I have been on a journey of unfolding. Turning myself inside out. Being in audience with myself. Receptive. Open. Greeting and dancing with my inner child. Rattled at times; awaiting the calm.  Navigating back to centre amidst the uncertainty and chaos in the world. I have met with my reward — a beautiful, warm feeling of contentment and expansiveness. I am ready to return.

For others who feel the call to retreat and be, I was guided to simplify and be with myself and my own counsel. I am prompted to share a message I received from a guide who presented in golden robes to whisper in my ear about intention and simplicity:

“Intention 
is the most 
important thing. 

There are a lot of things 
being taught 
about particular ways
of healing,
of praying, 
of meditating…

The most 
important thing 
is to just sit 
with your 
heart open 
and to intend. 

It is actually 
very, very, 
very, very,
simple. 

It’s as if 
you want things 
to be more complicated. 
But you don’t need 
any gadgets. 
You don’t need 
any formulas. 
You don’t need 
anything. 

There is no right or wrong.
There are many ways. 
But those many ways 
are simply working 
with the duality, 
the chatter, 
the busy-ness, 
the doing-ness… 

Just untangle 
yourself from 
those aspects 
of the physical world 
so you can sit and be.

It is very simple. 

Easier said than done though.”

Often when I am doing an activation, I am joined by ancestral elders from ancient tribes. They joined me for some of my 11/11 to 21/12 activations at the end of last year (2021). The ancestors first started to try to get my attention back in 2018, but it took me a while to realise they wanted us to work together. Now of course I avail myself so they can work through me and with me.


Curious I looked back through my notes and found a powerful connection back in June 2018. I share this with you today because it brought me a strong feeling of support and hope. It is also a reminder of our connection to nature and the importance of remembering to connect to the Earth. I am trusting that you too will find power and guidance in the message I received. 

As I sank deep into meditation I saw and felt the purification of beings of the indigo flame. I felt my body as a community rather than as an individual, with all the bacteria and cells lighting up.

I had various flashes of images e.g. walking across a road in Australia towards eucalyptus trees, that seemed unrelated. Then I saw a cheetah prowling. African tribesmen appeared wearing bones, teeth and leopard-skins, beating drums and dancing on the bare Earth. 

Next I saw yellow light coming down from a mountain that was filling our solar plexus area. My solar plexus area felt warm and peaceful. 

Then an Aboriginal elder came up close and was talking to me. I’m not sure what he was saying, but it was something about the Dreamtime becoming active. 

We were anointed with paint on our faces and I could feel the vibration of the sticks and the drumming. 

One of the elders wanted to communicate:

“It is a time of transition. There has been a yearning since before the beginning of time and the yearning is coming to fruition. Beat the drum of the Earth. Dance the steps of the Earth. Honour the unity of all that exists and all that does not exist. The groundwork is being laid and the connections are being made, for it is time. 

You saw the unity of everything. You are not an individual, you are a collective whole. A community resides in the form of your bodily self. Today all beings were activated and you shone brightly as a collective whole that you identify as yourself. 

This activation awoke the feline totem in the form of the cheetah. The stealth of the Earth, the speed and the beauty. It is time to run with all that you know and don’t know, and speedily. But do not lose touch with the Earth. Streamline everything and pay attention to detail. The beauty is in the being. 

The earthly ancestors with a deep and ancient connection to the Earth are performing ceremonies of dance, drumming and sticks. The Dreamtime is awakening. Become aware of what comes to you in your dreams in the day and night. The ancient ancestors are communicating with you, for they are working to create the foundation, preparing the Earth, and resonating with the vibration of the ancient yearning.

Yellow light is swirling down from the mountains, activating your solar plexus, your core strength and your will. An initiation has taken place, to strengthen your core. The beings of the indigo flame are active, purifying; purifying, yourselves and everything. A magnificent space is being created of great power, infused with yellow light. 

The cheetah prowls and the tribal elders are gathering. Dance with your feet on the Earth and beat your sticks. Join the vibration of transition. 

Do everything you can to connect to the energy of the transition, of the foundation. Wear earthy colours, browns and yellows, animal prints, tiger’s eye. There is a primal energy moving across the Earth and out from the centre of the Earth, and the energy needs to be worked with as it gains momentum. 

You saw the tribal elders gathering, ancient chiefs from the Aboriginal peoples and African tribes. Feel the resonance in your heart. This is the beat of their drums and sticks and the vibration of their feet on the Earth as they dance, walk and chant. 

You have been anointed and you are to unite with them in the energy of transition. Send this energy out, out to the heavens and beyond. It is a gift from the Earth’s core. 

The cheetah is prowling, light and joyous with the vibration of the celebrations. A regal creature of stealth and prowess, a symbol of the wild being tamed. An offering of strength and focus, of power and opulence.”

Let's gather the power of Cheetah in our solar plexus, connect to the Earth, be alert for the wisdom of the ancestors and stand strong in our navigation of these turbulent times.

Wow, I can't believe how much time has slipped though my fingers since I last posted here! I haven't been totally neglectful, however. And then of course it was Christmas and New Year! HAPPY NEW YEAR! Here's to a beautiful 2022, trusting that the universe is unfolding to support our growth as we blossom into our own authenticity and truth — without expectation!

Continuing the messages I am relaying from my journey over the past few years, I came across a beautifully simple message I received under Kauri that seems so apt and perfect for the next steps of navigating 2022.

One day I had been pushing myself to follow instructions from my higher self and guides. I did writing, delved into my childhood and endeavoured to unearth things using a prompt I had found  —  “What story do you repeatedly tell about yourself that is not true”. I wrote and wrote about all sorts of memories and things. Then I went for a barefoot walk across our property and sat under a kauri tree. 

When I sat under the kauri, it was like I was zoomed back through the aeons, back in time to timelessness, back through space to spacelessness, to all that is. Dear old Kauri, such medicine for the soul — my mind immediately quietened and expanded out into the infinite peace of all that is, no need for techniques or mantra’s. Thank you Kauri!

I looked up into the branches of the kauri and there was a tiny little spider struggling across its thin line of ‘web silk’, caught in “no mans land” between two branches. Yet I had the perspective of seeing the bigger picture, where it had been and where it was going, knowing that it would persist and make it across, even though it felt in a void at that moment. The tiny spider continued on with trust and understanding that its path would be completed even though it didn’t have my external perspective. A lightbulb went on for me.

I looked away to ponder and when I looked back the spider had disappeared. It was like once I had received its message it was gone.

My thoughts returned to my childhood. I became aware that it is not so much what was done or said to me when I was a child, as what was held back. The inadequacy and the holding back of those around me. The inability to be more enlivened role models. The emptiness. 

I understood and forgave both them and myself. I realised wherein lay one of the stories I told about myself and that the telling was not so much in the voicing but rather in my behaviour and being. I ended up "telling a story" of my own inadequacy by the assumptions I made and how I consequently always held myself back.

I offered my heart felt gratitude to the dear old tree, and also apology for how our some of our ancestors treated the kauri, with their wholesale chopping down of such great ancient wisdom. The obliterating of the wise ones of the forests, the ancestor trees that held such pivotal positions in the community of the kauris, all chopped down at their knees. Thank you so much kauri for your wisdom and humble acceptance. For your offerings to me this morning as you hold such sacred space.

I closed my eyes and saw a beautiful bright, bright sunrise. I heard: 

“See how much brighter the light is shining today. The new dawn is coming and you are becoming clearer and clearer and everything is lighter and lighter.

We are so proud of you and applaud you for going within, for your recognition and understanding. See how much clearer you feel. Feel how much more expanded and brighter you are and accordingly the world is brighter. 

See how easy it is when you apply yourself, to follow instructions. 

What a release it is to write and then find solace in nature and Mother Earth; to free yourself of blockages. How quickly you come to understanding and how free you feel.

That is all you need to do, for you are dear and you are gently brave and truly vigilant. 

As you go within, you come closer to the sacred and the sacred moves closer to you. It is enough. It is enough and it is more than enough. It is all and everything.”

I felt at peace and such bliss.

It is in this space that encourage you to step into 2022 without expectation. Experiencing, with every cell of your body, your own brilliance — totally accepting, humble and very very grateful.

One day I sank into the deepest meditation with a brilliant white light blazing throughout my whole being. As I bathed in bliss I heard a simple message:

“Expand into the brightest shining 
of who you are. 
You are my match 
and I am your match.

We are one
and I Am working through you 
to be the greatest expression 
of All That Is, 
so you can be 
the greatest expression 
of who you truly are. 

Let the light pour 
through you, 
trusting that you are 
a light of as great a service 
as I Am. 

Go within, 
expand and unfold.”

I awoke knowing the truth and tears flowed down my cheeks. Thank you for All That Is.

One day I was reminded that angelic support is always close at hand when we remember to call upon the angels. I was also reminded I can do simple things to keep my vibration high, like listening to beautiful music. 

​In meditation I was shown light and a couple of beings from the angelic realms, identifying as St Michael and St Germain.

The angels said they had come with support for the going within. St Michael with his sword of truth and St Germain, said he brought compassion and discernment. 

They reminded me to listen to beautiful angelic or classical music to help keep me in tune with a higher vibration They said they had come to help me with self care in terms of looking after myself during the inward journeys and all the work that was to be done.

This what they told me:

“We bring the vibration of the angelic realm as a reminder to you that you can engage with us whenever you wish to maintain your pure and higher vibration. 

We are always at hand and willing to come forward whenever we are called upon. 

We have come forward today because we most closely match the vibrations of what is happening for you right now in your life. 

St Michael helps cut through the truth of everything you are experiencing and everything you have ever experienced with his sword, to bring your clarity and trust. 

I bring you discernment, comfort and forgiveness as well as focus and vigilance to keep you moving forward. 

Our vibration is high and pure and we are so light and easy to communicate with. Call us and we immediately are at your side. 

We have all the roles you could ever ask for and there is always an angel who can step forward to take you under his wing, to nurture and encourage you. 

We live close to your heart and it warms our hearts when you live in your heart space and call upon us. We are of service and love to be of help, this is who we are. 

It is our pleasure and joy to be of service to you and in so doing to be of service to the great Creator whose heart beats with and for us all. This is the pulse of all existence and we offer our selves in service and gratitude of purity and light. 

Your light is shining more brightly and we have been attracted to your light, instilled with the knowing as we are that you are also of service and are in need of our assistance to maintain your earthly mission.”

I am being pulled out of my inertia. I am being told that people need to hear the messages I have been given to share. The Earth has been nudging me. I love to retreat but here I am again. I continue:

​A few days after Red Eagle delivered his message about moving softly and stealthily [which I shared on 6 September 2021], and guided me to keep the Earth in my heart throughout the day, I received a reminder (I need reminding!)
​
In my meditation I saw purple beings giving light and as I reread the words of the message I am sharing, I can feel the purple light flowing through me. It is soothing, cleansing and clarifying. In the mediation itself I was revisted by kingfisher. I also got a very clear image of Tibetan monks in debate. I felt immense peace and connectedness and received the following message:

“I am your higher self and I have been activated. I am here to constantly remind you to go within. This going within is to be largely self-directed, although we also point you in the direction of inspiration from external sources. Of course, everything is connected and what you are inspired by outside of yourself is also within. Everything is of the same source. 

Your lesson is to know that it is all there within you. Just as those external sources had it within them. 

Everyday I appear as the kingfisher to remind you. Now is time for us to take you deep and more sincerely into your practice. To really set time and make the practice a true part of your life — your first priority.

For the monks of Tibet, their quest is a daily practice of rigid structure. We want you to bring this rigid structure to your practice so that you can achieve so much more. 

We are aware that you are constrained by time. But time is a fluid concept and something for you to master not to let slip through your fingers. 

Take control and be who you truly are. The light is with you, your guides gather around. Take on the vigilance of the kingfisher, ever watchful, ever poised to act, precise in his decision to dive, trusting and knowing. Omniscient and omnipotent. 

Do your practices and work through them every day. It is quite simple.

Write down what you need to do and tick it off.

The enormity is only in the boundlessness of the infinite. The constraints are of your own making and conceptualisation. Time is also boundless as it is part of the great infinite boundlessness. 

You are putting things in boxes, which is part of your earthly existence. But you have practices that are out of the box and you need to make sure that they are completed. You are working on two things at the same time, don’t be fooled.

​It is simple, not complex. Listen and you will hear, watch and you will see, be and you will become. Be true to your heart, be vigilant. Go deep, dive deep.

Revise and make notes; give yourself daily practices. 

Did you keep the Earth in your heart all day?

Each day is a new dawning and another opportunity to practice. As you practice everything falls into place.”

As you know I have been digging out and sharing many of the messages I have received over the past three years. This process has been a brilliant opportunity for me to receive the wisdom that has been gifted to me. Wisdom that would otherwise have been locked away, in all honesty, in documents on my computer or in journals, forgotten about.

I have been blown away by the magic of the wisdom.

This week I have been gifted insight into the power and magic of the wisdom.

The message that I am sharing with you today, I first pulled out and read about a week ago. It was from a time when I was totally confused about who I was, my purpose, how to organise my time or what actions to take. I ummed and aahhed about whether to share it. I read through it, put it aside. A couple of days later I read through it again, put it aside… Yesterday I pulled it up again, read through it, but still didn’t post it. Was it just for me? How would it be serving everyone?

Today a lightbulb has gone on and I am in awe. Wow! As I look back over the past week the essential messages in this transcript have been made manifest. No not pansies and autumn leaves for they are metaphorical, but a clearer, more centred, calmer me.

A week ago I had fallen back into patterns of self doubt and being totally unclear again about who I am and the point of doing anything, exacerbated by the current circumstances we find ourselves in where freedoms are being eroded and so many things do not make sense. I was paralysed with uncertainty.

Today I sit here feeling clear, strong with warmth radiating from the inside out. Clarity has come to me over the past few days through conversations that I have ‘happened to have”, signs in nature, shifts in my inner being, a beautiful unfolding of simple synchronicities…and taking inspired action…

So I share these powerful words with you to see what they unearth for you, remembering that so often the shifts and changes are not obvious at first…

The particular meditation I experience was a bit of a jumble of thoughts and images that came to me: white-robed, dog-headed beings from Ancient Egypt, then I saw a purple wild pansy, then me walking down a path of old brown leaves, just seeing the leaves but nothing else. Then I saw the kingfisher, then a dolphin, then my thoughts flashed to new recollections from my past… It was all quite peaceful, but also emotionally moving.

Then I heard:

“I am your higher self, and I am always available, always for your highest good. Today you have come to new realisations. We have been building layer upon layer of stimulating messages and drawing things to your attention to prime you to come to your own conclusions. You have been vigilant, watchful, congratulations.

This is how your life is to be and we are training you to be watchful, to notice, to understand and to act from the inspired place of vigilance. The kingfisher is happy, the dolphin is full of joy.

You have been treading through a long Autumn of your soul, with old remnants of the person who you thought you were, crunching gently underfoot. There has been nothing to see in the remnants but a brown crunchy pathway that has gone on relentlessly. You have not been clear.

Your whole life you have not been clear. And so you have had no direction. You have wandered aimlessly and until this time, you have not been clear so it has been difficult for us to support who you truly are.

But Spring is starting to appear amongst the dead leaves. There is the vivid colour of clarity and the simple majesty of nature’s blossoming. You are the beautiful pansy, the regal but simple bloom that is starting to appear amongst the dead leaves.

With clarity, you are able to become more decisive about who you are and what you want and how you schedule your time.

The dolphin has appeared to remind you of the joy that will accompany you on your path from this point foreword.

The kingfisher is animated because your lessons are starting to be learnt.

The ancient ancestors are forming in a line of celebration because you are making the important connections that will bring everything together.

Nothing is a coincidence and nothing is false imagination. You are starting to trust and know and with that new clarity a new direction is unfolding.

We are here with arms open, waiting for you to step forward with clarity and definitive direction.”

The next day I woke up to hear:

“Wake up wake up, it is time to become clear. It is important that you notice the signs and messages that you are given.

We are pleased with your progress but you need to go deeper still. What is holding you back and what is your deepest fear? You do know, you know what is in your heart. What is it that stops and cuts out so that can’t hear or see?

Stop treading the same old, same old. Tread a new path. Tread a path that is bounded by the colour and majesty of flowers. Flowers are so dear to your heart. Watch for flowers. What do they speak to you?

Fallen leaves are stirring up old news, old experiences and feelings from the past and that is all part of the cycle. But notice when this purification is coming to a close for now and step onto a path of roses and pansies. For blossoming comes from the debris of the forest.

Take note of everything and watch for the messages. Everything is coming together if you only follow through.”

All things happen in perfect divine timing. This message got put away at the time with so many others that were coming at me so thick and fast. But it came to the surface just when I needed it. I hope it brings powerful transformative magic for you too.

​My meditations are not always grand affairs with long messages. Sometimes they are very simple. Today I feel drawn to share a simple meditation experience with you that was really transformative for me. It involved lots of healing on my heart centre, whilst memories were stirred from my childhood and earlier in my life.

May your heart centre open too, as you read these words and may you expand with love and gratitude for the simple things in your life.

I saw myself as a child bending down tp appreciate and pick a milk maid (pictured), a flower I used to love as a child. I felt such love and gratitude.

I was guided to really appreciate the simplicity of my life, my family and my upbringing. I felt loved and appreciated in spite of my family’s lack of ability to be very demonstrative in that love. I understood how truly cared for I had been.

I also realised that I had, in effect, always been looking outward and missing what was under my nose. In that respect, I had not been feeling gratitude or love and appreciation for what I had.

I felt acceptance for who I am and what I have experienced and so much love was being exchanged between my heart space and the universe. All the pressure I had been feeling released and I relaxed. I understood simplicity.

Then I heard the following guidance:

“All you need to do
is to humbly accept
and love
who you are.
To go within
to that deepest,
rawest
part of yourself
and show love,
compassion
and acceptance.
Nothing more,
nothing less
and understand
that your beautiful simplicity
is a shining jewel
in the magnificence of the universe.”

I am continuing my journey of guidance that I started receiving a couple of years ago,  Retruning to May 2018 after Red Eagle had again visited, I sat in meditation. I was initially 'taken' to the top of the snow-capped Himalayas. I was given the place name Shambala. I also saw columns of light coming from not only from Shambala but also a place in South America and from the pyramids in Eygpt.

Then I saw golden-robed Chinese men doing martial arts. But when I looked closer, it was like they were doing these moves with ice hockey sticks.

I was then taken into space where I saw a purple light shining down. An old man named “Malkior" descended from this light. He brought to mind “Merlin”, having long grey hair, a long beard and wearing purple robes. He said he was here to help me with my writing.

He told me the beams of light were like a plug, providing energy for the planet at this time.

Malkior told me that it was because I was becoming clearer that I was able to more clearly remember things from my childhood and past, including snippets of past lives.

He also showed the ways in which I had ‘remembered’ my connection to the ancient past in this lifetime. I remembered going to lectures on culture and religion at university and feeling frustrated that they weren’t about what I was searching for, but I didn’t know what I was searching for.

A feeling of regret came up that I have spent my life so side-tracked and not knowing what I was looking for or what I was meant to be doing, and always feeling like something was missing. Malkior reassured me that all was in order and everything was perfect and still unfolding.

I was reconnected to some of the beings I have communicated with — the Shanona (see Divine Blog post dated 1/2/2021) greeted me, all happy and encouraging. I was given the importance of the the kingfisher, tuatara and the hawk — my higher self, ancestors and spirit guide.

Then I felt connected to everything and blissfully at peace.

This is what Malkior told me:
“I am a teacher of the highest order who has been sent to work with you to encourage your writing and your talents. To make you stay on track now that you have finally stepped on to the path. 

You are a jewel that is about to shine and we are here to support you so that you polish all your facets, without getting lost in the multidimensional aspects of your nature. For you have an important role to play. 

No where will you find the training you require in your current world. There are bits, but you have been scattered and fumbling in the dark for too long. I have descended from the light to be with you and to remind you, to help you in your vigilance. 

You had your first lesson from your higher self in the form of the kingfisher and his message of reflection and vigilance. 

It is important for you to write about everything. As you write you will remember and as you remember you will write. As you write you will understand and as you understand you will write. As you write you will feel and as you feel you will write. As you see you will write and as you write you will see. 

See how this writing is of itself like a meditation. You can switch off and we take hold of your fingers and there is nothing at all to think about. For it all comes from the heart, and your thinking needs to be switched off. 

Stop thinking. Now is not the time to think and work things out. It is time to meditate, to live from your heart, to keep yourself in your heart, to keep yourself in your blissful wakefulness.

Remember to walk in nature everyday. This is of vital importance. Do not worry about anything else, you are being taken care of. Your job now is to live in a blissful state of transmission, so that you are an open channel for communication. 

The memories are about helping you understand that this is who you are. Do not punish yourself with the illusion of who you thought you were and what you are supposed to do as this illusionary person. 

Trust, we are taking care of you and it is only when you step into your true role that the unlimited abundance will truly flow. Believe me, believe in yourself. Would the Creator put you here with such talent and awareness without rewarding you? 

The world around you at times seems unfair and hard to fathom, but you must remember that this world is the world of illusion. It is a world that is so often going contrary to the divine universal principles. When you align yourself with your true nature and with the Creator, this is when the flow really begins. 

Start making some firm decisions about what you do with your day. I know you are afraid, but believe and trust me that once you make these decisive moves, everything will fall into place and you will cease tormenting yourself.

We can much more easily open the doors once you are clear about which doors you want to open. 

So be, meditate, dig deep, but choose your direction with discernment to become the ultimate practitioner of your own divine truth. 

See how the hockey sticks look out of place with the dancing martial artists?

Do only the things that feel right, that make your heart sing and that enliven and enlarge your energy field.”

Today I am sharing a message that I received from Red Eagle in early May 2018. I was scrolling though the abundant messages I have received, when my eyes immediately alighted on his message. As I reread his message, I knew I needed reminding and was humbled and honoured that Red Eagle had taken under his wing again. You see I had been feeling. like withdrawing and was feeling despondent. all my practices were. slipping away...

In meditation I saw Red Eagle tracking or hunting in a forest area. He was quietly and stealthily going round trees, watching and moving forward. I also saw him on a horse with another Native American, working with the “white” people. Then I saw people in the city area, detached from the Earth. Then he took me back to the forest and we were stealthily moving through the forest again, trapping animals etc. Then it was night and I was sitting under a totem pole looking up at a clear night sky, feeling totally at peace.

This is. what Red Eagle. said:
“Move softly forward, tracking where you have been and taking notice of where you have gone off course; but remain detached. All has delivered important lessons for you. 

Your purpose in living an earthly life is to live and to survive. You are starting to understand that abundance can be felt in the most beautiful simplicity when you connect to our dear Mother. 

You can feel and experience the difference of being in the big city and the purity of living with and on the Earth. You are recognising the disjointed experience of being distracted from great spirit and the Earth. 

Keep moving stealthily through the undergrowth of your life, understanding and learning. For your lessons will be lessons for others. Your understandings will bring enlightenment and comfort to others. 

Keep us in your heart for we are your guides and work closely with you. We keep our totems close to remind you of your mission and to keep you vigilant. Take time to sit and reflect, but also know you are on a mission and move stealthily, softly. Take care not to disturb, but also not to be disturbed. We are with you and we are guiding you, softly padding through the navigation of your life.

The stars are aligning and we are showing you the great sky. Gaze upon the immensity of the great truth. Our drums are beating the rhythm of your heart and we are in tune with the beat of the Earth. You are in tune with the beat of the Earth. This connection must be maintained as it is a sacred connection. It is a sacred connection that is maintained throughout all our activities, and we humbly show gratitude for all that our dear Mother bestows. 

Connect to our dear Mother every morning. Greet her with your heart and soul, with absolute gratitude, and maintain that connection in your heart as you move throughout your day.

Your practice is to maintain this connection throughout all your activities and at night to connect to the Earth as you survey the heavens and surrender your consciousness to the stars.”

Thank you Red Eagle, I am deeply humbled. You have. restored my soul and reminded me of what is important in life again.

This poem started on the underground 2012 one rush hour when I was spending time back in England, as I noticed the harrowed, often vacant looks of the commuters. As they hurried they seemed to have lost touch with their souls and their dreams. It evoked a yearning in me to want to help somehow, but exactly how I could help eluded me. 

The first few lines of this poem floated into my mind back then as I sank into an autonomic state with the metallic swishing sound of the tube-train on the tracks. I did not write poetry back then, indeed to do so seemed a vain yearning for something I just could not do. But I did note the words down anyway, they seemed significant in some way.

Yesterday my underground epiphany revisited me and the words returned and this time the rest of the poem arrived 9 years later! Now I realise that my role is to help people by putting them back on track; back in touch with their soul and their often hidden gifts. To help support and encourage them to patiently trust and allow their divine talents to be birthed.

You see I have now birthed poetry that is written to lift up those who have lost touch with who they were born to be, lost touch with the voice of their soul. 

Which just goes to show that if we are given a yearning, deep down somewhere is a talent to make it manifest. We simply have to allow ourselves the faith and patience and give our talents the space to come to fruition. And surround ourselves with those who encourage and support us, even when our baby steps seem daft or unpolished.

And there is always beautiful divine timing.

Soul Whistleblower
All around me I see dreams 
Only some of them fulfilled 
Faces stare 
Some of them glare 
As they march instead to others’ themes. 

Can you feel the emptiness
Hidden away inside the
Fragile shell
In which you dwell?
Can you feel a latent heaviness?

Hollow yearning, feeling blue?
Remember dearest that your
Soul knower
Whistleblower
E’er screams out beseechingly to you.

Your emotions are calling
A shout for course correction
And to seek
What you can’t speak
That elusive thing that seems so galling.

Reminding you to be true
To your own divine purpose
Deep within
Without the spin.
Inside out you, that’s you through and through.

So you can radiantly shine
With your Mona Lisa smile
As you live
To happily give
Your soul gifts with which you now align.

And you march to your own tune
Happy, living life t’the full
Being you
Who’s born anew
Totally in sync and in full bloom.

As I journeyed through the lessons from the unseen I reached deeper and deeper understandings of life's secrets. The Kingfisher followed Eagle whose messages I have shared in earlier posts. Then so many visions and messages poured in.

As I sank into the silence on 28 April 2018 I at first saw debris on a forest floor, but as I looked up I saw a panda amongst some bamboo. At first the panda was eating the bamboo, but then he moved away. I followed the panda to a temple in a clearing up some craggy rocks. I sat cross legged in the clearing in front of the temple. There was a man with a golden robe standing if in front of the temple who instructed me to sit in quiet contemplation. He said the temple itself was not of importance, but rather to make the space to sit.

The Earth opened up and glowed golden from inside and I felt the warmth of the glow in my stomach area. It was like I became the Earth, then I moved beyond the Earth and became one with everything, out beyond our universe. I connected with the Creator. It was such a peaceful and warm feeling. Eventually I came back to the clearing where I was sitting.

This is what the golden-robed man told me:
“Look above and beyond the debris of the material world, where things can seem so congested and confused. Look beyond and follow the trail that is laid before you. Things will become more clear cut, more black and white and you will know what trail to follow.

The true trail will always lead you to yourself, to inside yourself, to the Earth and to the Creator. There are many paths but it will become clear which paths are to be followed and you will create a new path that is in tune with the coming era. But be patient and still. Go within, study with those who present themselves and listen. Be true to your heart.

Be flexible, like the bamboo, but also pay attention to that which is black and white, that which calls out to you clearly. You will know and you will see. The confusion and distraction will dissolve because you have given yourself space. You stop focussing on the confusion on the ground and you are looking beyond the bending bamboo to the strong presence of the panda.

But remember the bamboo thrives on the humous and debris of the forest floor and the panda feeds on the bamboo, so everything is in order. It is a trail. The art is to remove yourself from becoming lost in each element of the trail, to detach yourself enough to know when to feast and when to move on, when to look and when to withdraw. And when you think you have reached a destination, know it is only a vehicle to what lies beyond, always through the Earth beyond to the Creator.

Your goal is to be at one with the Creator whilst being a living expression of the Creator's desired aspect through you — understanding that this ‘being at one’ is always unfolding and never static. It is always a moving towards, as well as a moving away. Always a becoming of what truly is. To remain in this beautiful ecstasy of unfoldment, this moves you beyond everything, into nothing, wherein lies the eternal power.”

The day after the Japanese woman came to me I was greeted by a close up eye of an eagle blinking at me. I went through his eye and became one with him and we soared up into the sky. It felt so peaceful.

He talked to me about how he can see afar, but that he always stays present. It was a lesson about not racing off ahead in time or space. He sees afar, but he is always focussed and sees clearly. He stays calm, always in his heart. He outstretched his long wings and I felt how this expanded his heart space.

He also bathed in the blue pool that had appeared in previous meditations — it was so refreshing, shaking his feathers and wiggling his wings and body. When next soaring up we saw smoke/ash arising from some volcanos, but everything felt so peaceful, like everything was in perfect order. In the distance the Christ light was shining from a mountain. The sky was golden with the light and we landed on Christ’s head to look out from that perspective, then soared off taking some of the light with us to distribute.

This is what Eagle told me:

“I soar and climb to great heights, but I am always grounded. I took you on the journey with me so you could feel how I connect, even when I am soaring high. I see everything but I see nothing, I am detached. But I am acutely focussed so I see everything in the great nothing. 

I fly from my heart and my wings stretch out from my heart centre. I see with my eye, but I am really seeing with my heart. When I land I am connecting to our dear mother Earth and when I take off, I take her energy with me. It travels up through my feet, through my body, up through my heart. You feel my joy, the joy of flight. I see from my head, but also my heart. 

My head is so tiny and my eye so big, because I have little need for thought, no worries to trouble me. You felt how calm I flied, how peaceful in every moment. Soaring up always in the present, seeing everything and nothing, always alert, and when necessary I register and focus and reach my target. Then again I soar, ever present. So even though I can look into the distance, I stay present. The future is not my concern, only the ever unfolding present. 

My soaring and gliding and sharp focussing as well as seeing the big picture are my special skills. So I stay with them, and you see how I am revered, those who witness me are in awe. Because I am at one with my skills and talents and stay with them, I am them and they are me. They are not many, but they are me and I do them to the best of my ability with pure heartfelt joy and ease, in every present moment. That is what makes me what I am. And in so doing I can see everything, I can soar, I connect to the great Mother and the great Father. I am free and I am at peace. 

Have you yet learned to unleash your freedom and inner peace by being who you are? So much freedom and peace awaits, so much freedom and peace. I can see it and I can feel it. It is in every part of me as I am what I am.

Unfold your wings, activate your heart and soar, be free and at peace.”

A few days ago as I was lying on our dear Earth, having a soothing Earth bath, I was enchanted by a group of rosellas chasing each other with such vibrancy and joy. A poem started to unfold, but it wasn't complete. Having just spent a few days with the colourful souls of those who gathered for this year's Earth Beat festival here In New Zealand, I awoke this morning to the true significance of those colourful feathers, and the truth and freedom with which they fly.

Rainbow wings
Of love and peace
Bringing such joy
For my soul’s release

Flying together
Such a colourful sight
Your individualities
Shining bright

Flying, playing chase
One after the other
Your cheeping cheers 
No secrets smother

Having such fun
Coming together
Revealing your truth
In your colourful feathers

Stirring my heart
Igniting my soul
Lifting me up
To merge with the whole.
